Margot Greene K.C. is advisor to Eastmond & Co. Her expertise is in Civil Litigation and she has appeared at the level of Tribunals, Magistrates Court and the Supreme Court of Judicature in Barbados. Ms. Greene has developed a particular interest and expertise in Family Law. In doing so she has served on many Family Law Committees and has made several recommendations which have been implemented into law.
Ms. Greene has served on the Council of the Barbados Bar Association for several years. She also served as the Chairman of the Police Service Commission.
Lynette is Lead Counsel for EASTMOND & CO. and has applied her legal skills in the taxation, corporate law, financial services regulations, trade, utility regulation, intellectual property and entertainment and media law. She has also engaged in litigation before Tribunals through to the Supreme Court of Judicature.
She was a Senior International Tax Manager with the firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers advising on tax and corporate matters. She then became Director of International Business where she negotiated both trade and tax agreements and formulated policy.
She served as Senator in the Barbados Legislature and Minister of Commerce, Consumer Affairs and Business Development in the Executive branch of the Barbados Government. Lynette Eastmond served as a Research Fellow for the International Fiscal Association, Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and attended the University of the West Indies and the University of London.
She has written many articles including The Public International Law Aspects of Some Transfer Pricing Issues published in the Bulletin of the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation.

Raquel was called to the Bar in St. Kitts and later in 2018 was called to the Barbados Bar.
Raquel loves researching complex issues which is a great asset to the practice. Her areas of practice include Family Law, Estates and Personal Injuries.
She has also developed an expertise in dealing with land matters including the restoration of title deeds and conveyancing.
Raquel has also acted as a Consultant in the field of Human Resources Management and has developed an expertise in Labour Law.
Raquel attended Queen's College and the University of the West Indies and joined Eastmond & Co. in 2018.
Raquel is Honorary Secretary to the Barbados Bar Association Council.

Kahlil Jones enrolled in Combermere School in 2008 and left in 2016 with an Associate Degree in General Studies. Afterwards, he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Laws at the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus in 2020. He then attended the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago in that same year and successfully completed his legal studies and received his LEC in 2022. He was called to the Bar on the 14th November 2022.
Kahlil’s preferred areas of law include Personal Injuries, Employment Law, Probate, Family Law and Conveyancing. He joined Eastmond & Co in 2022.

Rhyna is the Corporate and Tax Manager with Eastmond & Co. She has over two decades of experience working in the international business sector in Barbados, Trinidad and Venezuela.
She was a senior officer in the Ministry of International Business where she assisted with the development of policy relating to international business legislation, the expansion of Barbados’ network of Double Taxation Agreements and the development of marketing programmes which were done in conjunction with key stakeholders in the international business sector. She also participated in the negotiation of the Barbados/Netherlands Double Taxation Agreement.
Rhyna was an International Tax Manager with the firm Ernst & Young advising on local and regional tax matters. She was also an International Tax Manager with a multinational corporation, JSL International Limited, where she assisted with matters relating to the corporate and tax compliance of several companies within the JSL International Group of Companies.
Rhyna obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Management from the University of West Indies, Barbados and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom.
